IT Law Days 2023 with the topic “Cyber Incident Management from a Legal Perspective”.
Cyber threats and IT security incidents are increasingly a challenge for companies. Both the EU and national legislators are increasingly focusing their legislative projects in the area of IT security on defending against such threats.
Dr. Sedlmeier’s contribution will deal with the current and upcoming legal bases for cyber defense and, against this background, identify measures for prevention and emergency situations.
