Dr. Tobias Sedlmeier will give the closing lecture of the Schwetzinger IT-Rechtstage 2022 on 05.10.2022 with the topic „Agile IT Projects – Contract Drafting and Contract Execution“.
The article will highlight essential areas of tension between agile IT project methods and the relevant areas of law for the practice of contract drafting and project implementation (especially in contract law, copyright law, corporate law, labor law) and provide risk avoidance strategies as well as practical approaches to solutions for legal advice.
